1. Service Description

Rabbit Studio is a specialized AI image generation platform designed specifically for the restaurant, hospitality, and food retail industry. We provide tools to generate photorealistic food photography, menu visuals, and restaurant ambiance imagery using artificial intelligence.

2. Accounts

To use Rabbit Studio, you must be at least 18 years old. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your legal business name if registering on behalf of a restaurant or food business.

3. Intellectual Property & Commercial Rights

• Your Ownership: As a paid subscriber, you own the full commercial rights to the images you generate using Rabbit Studio. You are granted a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use these assets for:
  • Digital and printed menus
  • Social media marketing (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
  • Restaurant websites and ordering platforms
  • Physical advertising (flyers, posters, billboards)
  • Food delivery platform listings (UberEats, DoorDash, Deliveroo, etc.)
• Platform License: By using the service, you grant Rabbit Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use your generated content for the purpose of operating, marketing, and improving our food generation models.
• Input Content: You retain ownership of any images, logos, or text you upload. You represent that you have the necessary rights to use such content and that it does not infringe on any third-party trademarks.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Rabbit Studio to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, or sexually explicit content.
• Create misleading health claims, false nutritional information, or misrepresent food safety standards.
• Infringe upon the trademarks, trade dress, or intellectual property of competitor restaurants (e.g., reproducing a competitor's signature branded dish).
• Generate photorealistic images of specific branded products you do not have rights to represent.
• Misrepresent AI-generated images as "real" photographs in jurisdictions where such disclosure is required by law.

5. Food Industry Disclaimers

Not Real Food: Images generated by Rabbit Studio are artistic representations created by AI. They are not actual photographs of your physical dishes unless explicitly stated as such.

Accuracy & Compliance: We do not guarantee that generated images will perfectly match the physical appearance, portion size, ingredients, or allergens of your actual menu items. You are responsible for ensuring your marketing materials comply with local advertising standards, food labelling regulations, and truth-in-menu laws. Rabbit Studio is not liable for customer complaints regarding discrepancies between generated images and served food.

6. Subscription & Billing

Rabbit Studio offers paid subscription plans tailored for restaurants. Pricing, credits, and features are described in the application. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Due to the immediate nature of digital content generation, all sales of credits and subscriptions are final and non-refundable once the service has been used to generate images, except where required by UK consumer law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rabbit Studio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or reputation damage.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United Kingdom. Rabbit Foods and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of the United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
